Falling Film Chillers by American Industrial Heat Transfer

Our products come with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with your falling film chiller within the first year, please contact us and we will promptly provide technical support to address the issue. If a product defect is found within this timeframe, we will replace or repair the falling film chiller at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover any defects or damages caused by improper installation, freight related damage, subjecting products to freezing conditions, accidents, misuse, abuse or alterations to the product. Any attempt to repair or service the falling film chiller by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
